By itself, it is only so useful. Paired with a chisel and a masterful hand, the power of a hammer can be translated into precision strikes that can craft a useful item or create a fine work of art. For thousands and thousands of years, these simple tools have built empires, shaped cultures, and left behind interesting artifacts for later generations to behold.
